Arrival & Getting Here

Finca Valle Verde is a traditional Andalusian farmhouse situated in the beautiful countryside next to the Desfiladeros de los Gaitanes Natural Park, just 10 minutes from the famous Caminito del Rey in El Chorro.

The finca is set in a peaceful rural location, surrounded by mountains and nature, making it an ideal base for hiking, climbing, cycling and exploring inland Andalusia.

A car is recommended for getting to the finca and exploring the surrounding area.

Detailed directions can be provided ahead of your arrival to make your journey as easy as possible.

 

From Málaga Airport

Málaga Airport is the most convenient international arrival point and is approximately [XX] km / [XX] minutes from Finca Valle Verde, depending on traffic and your route.

From Málaga, you can reach us by:

Parking

Free parking is available for guests at Finca Valle Verde.

Parking is located on the property and is available on a first-come basis. No advance reservation is required.

As the finca is a rural property, some areas of the parking and access may be uneven. Please take care when arriving, particularly after dark or during wet weather.

 

Getting Around Locally

Finca Valle Verde is located in a peaceful rural setting, so having a car is the easiest way to explore the area.

The nearby village of El Chorro and the Caminito del Rey are close by, while a little further afield you can discover some of the most beautiful landscapes, villages and historic towns of Andalusia.

The surrounding area is particularly well suited to:

Caminito del Rey

The world-famous Caminito del Rey is only around 10 minutes from Finca Valle Verde.

The spectacular walkway follows the steep walls of the Gaitanes Gorge and is one of the most memorable experiences in the region.

We recommend booking Caminito del Rey tickets in advance, particularly during busy periods.

 

El Chorro

The nearby village of El Chorro is a popular destination for outdoor enthusiasts, particularly hikers, climbers and cyclists.

Its dramatic mountain scenery and proximity to the Caminito del Rey make it a wonderful place to explore during your stay.

 

Further Afield
